Care Management

 

Our Care Manager is available on staff to offer practical and emotional support to older adults, adults with disabilities and their families.

If you have a question, a concern for yourself or someone you know who lives on the Coastside please contact Tracey Gould, Care Manager and “angel” of Senior Coastsiders.

 
 

We can help older adults adjust and cope with different challenges they and their family are facing and assess clients to determine their unique needs. We will also act as an advocate for clients on issues that support their well being.
