This is the San Mateo County senior nutrition menu for Senior Coastsiders; some meals will be the same for the Coastside Adult Day Health Center. Lunch on Thursdays and Fridays at Senior Coastsiders will be prepared by John Yengich, the Nutrition Manager. Lunch on Tuesdays at Senior Coastsiders is free, courtesy of the Lifemark Group and is catered by Casey’s Sample This / Casey’s Cafe, Half Moon Bay.
