This is the Senior Coastsiders lunch menu prepared Monday - Friday by John Yengich, the Nutrition Manager, except when the Center is closed. Lunch on Tuesdays at Senior Coastsiders is supported by the Lifemark Group.

The Senior Nutrition Program is supported only in part by the federal Older Americans Act funds administered by the San Mateo County Aging & Adult Services, which is the Area Agency on Aging. The remainder is supported mainly by donations from people like you.
