A Case Manager is available on staff to offer practical and emotional support to older adults, adults with disabilities and their families.
The Case Manager is available to consult, advise and assist individuals and families on a wide range of issues, including services and programs available in our community, housing, health insurance, and managing the activities of daily living such as preparing meals and paying bills.
The Case Manager facilitates a Grief Support Group that meets monthly at Senior Coastsiders.
Services are offered free of charge to all seniors and adults with disabilities living on the coastside from Montara to Pescadero.
